The GA10 Standard 3 Programme will improve the performance of the existing GA10 radar (including 3D capability), increasing its threat detection scope and addressing obsolescence aspects via the provision of a Mid-Life Upgrade (MLU) to the existing counter artillery system, which is currently in service with Germany and France and is manufactured by THALES Land and Air Systems (LAS) Germany.

The programme scope includes the definition, development and embodiment (retrofit) of existing systems and an improved design, in addition to initial In-Service Support (ISS) with THALES LAS Germany as the prime contractor.
