LIST OF EASA AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES AND CQC AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE RECOMMENDATIONS
The table below (download) lists EASA Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Certification & Qualification Committee (CQC) Airworthiness Directive Recommendations (ADRs) applicable to A400M, TP400 and FH385/FH386.
EASA Airworthiness Directives applicable to A400M, TP400 and FH385/386 are currently not made public as no A400M is operated on a civil register. Following a mutual agreement with EASA, Airworthiness Directives are solely published through CQC ADRs and publications of the competent National Military Airworthiness Authorities (NMAA’s).
The A400M ADRs listed hereafter are issued by CQC, acting as an A400M recommending body for National Military Airworthiness Authorities (NMAA), according to the CQO Exposition Document, being the service information, which contains the accomplishment instructions of the actions required by the ADRs, released by Airbus D&S, EPI and Ratier-Figeac.
CQC is not a legal entity entitled to issue Airworthiness Directives in accordance neither with Regulation (EC) 748/2012 nor any national military regulations. Therefore each NMAA remains the sole authority over its national operated/registered A400M in accordance with that nation’s regulatory environment. For the applicable national AD document, based on or adapted from these recommendations, please refer to the competent NMAA.
Due to A400M Programme specific agreements, these ADRs are not to be made public. Access is restricted to a “need to know” basis. Any request about the disclosure of the documents shall be addressed to CQC at: a400m_cqc@occar.int
