OCCAR-EA Director meets French Director General for Armament

Paris/France, 05 Feb 2025 - The OCCAR-EA Director, Mr. Joachim Sucker and Mr. Patrick Pailloux, the French Director General for Armament had the opportunity to meet for their first constructive consultations at DGA Headquarters following the recent appointment of Mr. Pailloux as Director General. Mr. Sucker was accompanied by the OCCAR-EA Head of Programmes, Mr. Darren Ash. 

Also in attendance was Mr. Guilhem Reboul as well as the OCCAR Board of Supervisors (BoS) FR BoS member, and the French Programme Board Member for all OCCAR programmes France participates in. Consultations focused on the current OCCAR programming and an assessment of the present European armament landscape.  The OCCAR-EA Director thanked Mr. Pailloux for France´s unwavering support of OCCAR to date. In  turn, Mr. Pailloux assured Mr. Sucker of France´s continued support of the Organization in future.
