OCCAR-EA Deputy Director participates in Berlin Security Conference 2024

BERLIN, 20 Nov, 2024 --The OCCAR-EA Deputy Director, Rear Admiral Massimo Scialpi attended the Berlin Security Conference (BSC) as a panel participant for a panel discussion entitled "Accelerating Armament Procurement." The BSC is a high-level congress on European Security and Defence. OCCAR-EA was invited to discuss and exchange OCCAR´s perspectives and role on the Organization´s in managing complex, cooperative defence equipment programmes with CEOs and National Armament Directors (NADs) in the EU and NATO.
