Ministerial Joint Declaration promotion

On 18 October 2022, upon invitation from the German MoD, the OCCAR-EA Director met with Defence Attachés from 14 Nations in Berlin.

The meeting was set up to promote the Ministerial Joint Declaration to potential Participating States and explaining what is OCCAR, what OCCAR does and providing an overview of OCCAR business model.

It was a very successful meeting, which also saw the attendance of the Japanese Defence Attaché whom showed particular interest in OCCAR's programmes.
