German Parliamentary State Secretary Hartmann MdB Visits OCCAR-EA Headquarters

Bonn/Germany 29 January 2026 - The OCCAR (Organisation for Joint Armament Co-operation)-EA Director, Mr. Joachim Sucker, welcomed the Parliamentary State Secretary in the German Federal Ministry of Defence | Bundesministerium der Verteidigung Mr. Sebastian Hartmann MdB, at the OCCAR-EA Bonn Headquarters.

Parliamentary State Secretary Hartmann, OCCAR-EA Director Sucker, OCCAR-EA Deputy Director Massimo Scialpi and OCCAR-EA Head of Programmes, Mr. Darren Ash, discussed OCCAR´s increasingly important role in Europe´s Defence Cooperation landscape with its current and future challenges.
Mr. Hartmann thanked OCCAR staff members for their important contribution to manage the delivery of European defence capabilities on time and within budget. The Parliamentary State Secretary assured the Director of Germany´s continued support for OCCAR.
